Trim your wick to 1/4″ before each lighting to avoid smoking and overheating.
Burn on a stable and heat-proof surface
keep away from drafts, flammable objects, pets and children
first burn should be long enough for the entire top layer of wax to melt to ensure an even burn without tunnelling
do not burn for more than 2-3 hours at a time
glass may become warm during use make sure to allow it to cool before handling
keep the wick centred and free of debris
do not burn candle when 1/4" of wax remains
it is best to extinguish candle with a candle snuffer
never pour water into a candle to extinguish it
never leave a candle unattended
ensure the candle is extinguished before leaving a room or falling asleep
never use a knife or sharp object to clean wax off of a candle vessel
