Return & Refund Policy

We truly want you to love your purchase! Aria Home Decor offers returns, exchanges or store credit on all unused home decor products.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the original packaging. 

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30+ days have gone by since the purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete any return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

To begin the return process, please contact with your proof of purchase. The purchaser will then be given refund instructions to send the product to Aria Home Decor.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. 

The purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs on all returned/exchanged items.

All refunds exclude shipping and handling costs as they are non-refundable. 

When shipping, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any product that is sealed cannot be returned or exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, bath products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

- Gift cards

- Items not in original condition, damaged, used or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Items that are returned 30+ days after purchase.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and the gift giver will be notified of the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When shipping, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Products
In the event that any item at Aria Home Decor is damaged during shipping we will process a return, replacement or store credit depending on the severity of the damage.

Damaged products must be reported within 7 days of the item being received. Any reports later than 7 days will not be refunded. 

Please contact us by email at and include your order number, proof of purchase, photographic proof of damage, photos of the shipping label, as well as photos of the interior/exterior of the shipping box. 

All refunds exclude shipping costs as they are non-refundable. 

Aria Home Decor is not responsible for damaged products that are not received damaged. 

Cancelled Orders

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
