RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, all bath products, dried floral arrangements, used candles, custom orders and sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Home decor textiles can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the item being delivered to you.
In the event that any item on the website is damaged during the shipping process, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours from the date you have received the item with photographic proof of damage and proof of purchase.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
You can exchange unused candles within 48 hours of arrival if you prefer a different scent or size by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs as they are non-refundable. You are responsible for the shipping costs on all returned and exchanged items.
We recommend obtaining insurance on any items that you plan to return to us in the event that they are lost or damaged during the shipping process, as we will not be able to issue your return/exchange in these circumstances.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
