Where is Aria Home Decor based? 

We are based just outside of Toronto, Canada. We unfortunately do not yet have a physical location at this time. 

 

Where are your products from?

Our bath products and candles are all handmade by us in our home studio in Ontario, Canada. All of our ingredients are natural and sourced from local Canadian vendors and farmers. Our home decor items are sourced from Canadian vendors.  

Do you offer wholesale or custom orders?

Yes of course! Please email us directly at info@ariahomedecor.ca for all pricing inquiries regarding wholesale, custom and event orders. 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship internationally.  

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your order has been placed and shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. You can also review your shipping and item information by logging into your account on our website. All items will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your purchase.

Delivery Times

Canada: 2-5 days

United States: 3-7 days

International: 3-7 days

 

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.  They are based on the size of your order and your location. 

Do you offer local delivery?

We offer free contactless local delivery on all products in our store to Nobleton, Ontario. Please allow at least 48 hours for your order to arrive. 

We may be able to deliver to your area even if it is not listed here. Please email us at info@ariahomedecor.ca to arrange a delivery. 

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on all clothing items that are not purchased on sale. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the bath products, candles, and our home decor line we are not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

However, if your item is received damaged during the shipping process, we will issue a refund, replacement or store credit. We will require photographic proof of the damage to be sent to info@ariahomedecor.ca within 48 hours of the item being delivered.

My discount code is not working. What do I do?

Please email us at info@ariahomedecor.ca and we will rectify the issue immediately for you. 

 

What do I do if my order is damaged during shipping?

In the event your item is damaged, please contact us at info@ariahomedecor.ca  and we will issue a return, exchange or store credit. We will require photographic proof of the damage to be sent to info@ariahomedecor.ca within 48 hours of the item being delivered.

Can I cancel/modify my order once it has been submitted?

If you have submitted an order and would like to cancel or modify the order, please contact us directly at info@ariahomedecor.ca. We will do our best to modify your order if it has not already been shipped. 

What currency is your store in?

All of our prices are in Canadian (CAD) currency.
